Hello my name is Jack. I am a freshman at The Culinary Institute of America. You may have tried some of my Asian fusion dishes at the Carmel Arts Festival. I am a two time Indiana Prostart Culinary gold medalist and the 2022 Cheftacular first place winner for my Khachapuri. I have shared my food on IndyNow .
I trained as apprentice at Manele Cafe and Matt the Miller’s . I am currently at Osteria by Fabio Viviani. I am also a regional gold medalist in Taekeondo. I teach children, teens and adults martial arts when I’m not creating something delicious in the kitchen.
My specialties are Asian fusion, Middle Eastern and Nordic cuisine.
