I have 24 years of culinary experience throughout the country. I am currently the Executive Chef of the largest catering company in Indianapolis. I have been the executive chef and oped 8 restaurants for a Brazilian steakhouse, Bravo Italian, the largest catering company in Cincinnati, a 5 restaurant BBQ chain in Columbus.
