Born and raised in Los Angeles. Proud to now be living in Indy and loving it! I’m currently the Executive Sous Chef at the Ritz Charles in Carmel (largest catering company in Indiana). Prior Chef experience includes Spoke and Steele restaurant and Harbour Trees Golf and Beach Club on Morse Lake.
