Participation Rules: It is recommended that no individual, other than the hired chef, be involved in the cooking process. It is mandatory that no one under the age of 18 be involved in the cooking process.
By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You must provide accurate and complete information including Your name, email, phone number, credit card details, and delivery address.
Goods can be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. Exceptions include personalized items, perishable goods, items unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons, and digital content where performance has begun.
The Company reserves the right to revise prices at any time before accepting an Order, and after acceptance if circumstances beyond the Company's control affect delivery.
One-time payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. Cards are subject to validation by the card issuer.
When You create an account with Us, You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use and for any activities or actions under Your password.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, or a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization. DMCA notices must include: an authorized signature, description of the copyrighted work with URL, location of the infringing material, Your contact information, a good faith belief statement, and a statement made under penalty of perjury.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users) remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Company's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
You assign all rights, title, and interest in any Feedback You provide to the Company. The Company shall be free to use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation to You.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service, or $100 USD if You have not made any purchases.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The laws of Indiana, United States, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service, excluding its conflicts of law rules.

If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect.
