You will get notified from the Taist app when you receive an order. Go to the app to accept the order.
Yes. You can always accept or reject orders.
You can be notified two weeks out or two hours out. There are plenty of orders to go around!
You can cancel your order or chat with your customer to reschedule. Your customer may ask you to cancel the order (for full refund) if they cannot reschedule.
Yes. Taist chefs bring everything, including the ingredients. Top earners call out substitute ingredients for their menu items if they're all out of a certain ingredient.
You can chat with your customer directly on the app! You will get a text when your customer messages you. Respond by messaging back or calling via the app.
You can see payments for orders completed via the Taist app. Please allow 1-2 business days to hit your bank account. First-time orders can take up to 7-14 business days.
