This would be a fine dining experience in your own home. I have come up with a five course menu but feel free to change something if there are any issues. The menu is as follows:
First Course: Bacon Wrapped Scallop over Carrot Puree and Microgreens
Second Course: Cream of Cauliflower and Lemon Soup
Third Course: Filet Mignon over Parmesan Rissoto with Asparagus and Cherry Bordelaise
Fourth Course: Fennel and Orange Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette
Fifth Course: Strawberry Cheesecake and Blueberry Coulis topped with Fresh Fruit and Mint
