Nothing. Your chef comes with everything needed on their end. They just use your appliances to cook.
Yes. As long as you have an oven and stove (and sink to clean up after), you’re good to go!
All chefs are required to clean their pots, pans, and any other equipment before heading to the next order.
You are not required to tip, but 100% of tips go to your chef!
After your Taist chef completes your order, you will be able to rate and review them.
You can communicate with your chef directly on the app.
Yes. You can cancel your order and get a full refund if it is within 48 hours.
You will get notified once your Taist chef accepts your order, when they are on their way, and once they have completed the order and are heading out the door.
Yes. You can view your order history directly on the app.
Any debit or credit card is accepted.
Yes. All payments are secure through Stripe, an industry-leading payment processor.
You will receive a full refund if a Taist chef happens to cancel the order.
